Craig Prier and Rae Manson established Prier Manson Real Estate in 2001 with a focus on the hillside and coastal suburbs of Christchurch. Over the ensuing years they have created a team of real estate experts who are renowned for their depth of understanding and intimate knowledge of this specialist real estate market.
2010 saw the opening of a sub-branch in London St, Lyttelton and previous to that, in 2008 they opened an office in Opawa to service the surrounding hill and river suburbs.
